This 1 day Convention is a wonderful opportunity to meet new Fellows, to share some valuable Fellowship time and throughout the day to learn (or be reminded of) tools, tips and experience, strength and hope.

- 10-15 minute Guided Meditative Body Scan /Serenity Prayer

- 1st Chair of the Day
11.30 am: Short Break
11.45 am: Topic-Based Round the Room Discussion
12.45 pm: Lunch & Fellowship Time
14.00 pm: WA Time for Play J
14.45 pm: WA Panel & Open Q&As (facilitated by the Chair)
15.15 pm: Walk with a coffee/tea for Fellow time (weather dependent) or Sharing Time
16.15 pm: Practical Step 10 Workshop
17.15 pm: Serenity Prayer & Close
18.00 pm: Social & Fellowship Time at Local Restaurant.
21.00pm: Finish
